Our national construction client are looking to recruit a Branch Administrator. The Branch administrator will be responsible for all administration duties within a small branch office environment. Working along side and supporting professional, skilled colleagues, your daily varied role will encompass a variety of tasks. The Branch Administrator will have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office Suite, have a good understanding of Excel, be able to deal with holiday rotas, time sheets, work flow charts, basic accounts, filing, typing, attending to visitors, answering the branch telephone, be the first point of contact. The Branch Administrator will have excellent communications skills, will smart, flexible, willing to learn and enhance your existing skills. Candidates will have held a similar responsible supportive role as an Administrator, preferred candidates will have knowledge of the Construction Refurbishment area of business.
