Description

this is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a busy pro-active business based in Watford. the company are a highly respected direct contractor working within the construction Refurbishment and Maintenance environment.

The ideal Senior contracts Manager will have worked primarily within Construction R&M previously and have an excellent record of contractual management. this role is offered as part of the senior management team reporting into the Operational Management lead.

The Senior Contracts Manager will have full responsibility for contract management, client relationship management, management reporting, Contracts primarily are worked on Framework agreements that operate from 2-25 years duration, ultimately Social housing, hotel chains, care homes, NHS, Schools etc.
