We recently engaged the services of Key Personnel Management Limited to employ an IT Manager. Within two working days we had received CV's from KPM of highly competent IT personnel. KPM Limited had previously interviewed both us and the candidates to establish an understanding of our requirements and the objectives of their candidate. At interview stage we were completely satisfied with the professional service we received from KPM Limited and subsequently engaged the services of their candidate. We acquired a trainee Import Clerk from the company, who were very professional in the way they conducted business and kept in regular contact with us regarding the situation of the candidate. KPM also had available an intense two week one-on-one training course for the candidate at a reasonable rate. The course detailed fundamentals within the shipping industry and the completion of Customs entries and associated topics. We found the training to be of a high standard and well organised. It also enabled other members of staff to continue the daily office task's while the candidate received the training from KPM, thus avoiding a loss in productivity. The training gave the candidate a thorough grounding in the completion of Customs entries and confidence to continue when the training was over. A working manual was also given to the candidate from KPM and a helpline for any questions etc that the candidate may have. We would certainly use this company again in the future for any additional staff and training that may arise.
