We are actively seeking a professional Resident Liason Office TLO/RLO to join our national direct contractor working from their Shepshed office, East Midlands.
The ideal candiddate will have worked in a very similar role for a direct or sub contractor previously but have excellent understanding of social housing, fundamental communication and orhgansiation skills. This position is highly rewarded with very competative salary, company vehicle, 2 x bonus per annum, pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
Working as the TLO/RLO you will be a valuaed member of the refurbishment team ensuring that the business clients and tennants are well looked after during their refurbishment process organising meetings and dealing in a professional fashion with any problems and issues that may arise. Reporting to management on a regular bais will be part of the role so you must be IT literate.

We acquired a trainee Import Clerk from the company, who were very professional in the way they conducted business and kept in regular contact with us regarding the situation of the candidate. KPM also had available an intense two week one-on-one training course for the candidate at a reasonable rate. The course detailed fundamentals within the shipping industry and the completion of Customs entries and associated topics. We found the training to be of a high standard and well organised. It also enabled other members of staff to continue the daily office task's while the candidate received the training from KPM, thus avoiding a loss in productivity. The training gave the candidate a thorough grounding in the completion of Customs entries and confidence to continue when the training was over. A working manual was also given to the candidate from KPM and a helpline for any questions etc that the candidate may have.
