Description

As a major refurbishment and maintenance direct contractor we are seeking the additional services of a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity surveyor. Ideal candidates will have a background in Refurbishment/Maintenance in both social housing and private commercial refurbishment contracts.

Having held a similar position previously the Quantity Surveyor will be able to potentially hit the ground running with minimal in house system training.

The position of Quantity Surveyor will be willing to travel regionally, have excellent client facing skills, good command of IT and Microsoft office suite.

The Quantity Surveyor will be provided with a company vehicle/or car allowance, exceptional benefits and the ability to secure a long, stable career opportunity
