Due to continuing success and the growth of our national direct refurbishment contractor are now in a position to offer this exciting full time employed opportunity for a Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager As a Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager you will be responsible for conducting Managing contracts which include Fire door and window fitting following a Fire Risk Assessment and survey. Working within a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial and residential.

The contracts Manager will be responsible for all contractual management, including staff, client, management reporting, maintaining accurate records and ensuring contracts run on time and to budget.

The role will require Passive Fire Protection knowledge and its products what we need from you: To be successful in your application for our Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager you will need to be fully conversant or have a good understanding with current fire safety knowledge and an understanding of fire regulations. Be IT Literate, held a similar role with a national company, willing to travel within the Warrington region. We anticipate that the Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager within the business will grow and develop.
