Description
This is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK's national direct refurbishment contractors who are prolific within the social housing sector working on Decent Homes long term contracts. This post is offered on a full time employed basis.

The ideal candidate Resident Liaison Officer (RLO/TLO) will have held a similar role previously working directly with tenants, sub contractors and direct labour force to ensure that contracts are delivered to clients in a professional and courteous fashion. ensuring that tenants receive assistance and support whilst their properties are being refurbishment primarily Kitchen and Bathrooms.
The skills required are exceptional customer service
Ability to work at all levels whilst ensuring contracts are delivered professionally. Working alongside other members of the business team.
