The role will require national travel. Candidates will have experience in delivering training programmes to managers which will be implemented to reporting staff. Knowledge of Training within an HR environment will be a distinct advantage for this opportunity. You will have a professional approach to your work, have excellent communication skills at all levels of business, provide and deliver training programmes in a group environment, excellent management reporting. Being IT literate with the ability to produce HR training manuals will form part of your responsibilities, full knowledge of the Microsoft office suite The position can be based ideally within the Midlands region to give easy access to all office locations across the UK.
