To manage marketing design requirements in-house, along with video content. To design of all marketing content – brochure materials, including in house templates, powerpoint template and other design work, advertising.
To provide an in-house graphic design facility for the marketing team.
To take ownership of existing portfolio of brand and design work, and grow and develop new assets.
Manage all artwork and associated assets, including version control.
Act as Brand champion for the firms brand, ensuring brand guidelines and templates are adhered to.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
Design and produce all marketing materials, for both soft and print production – brochures, newsletters, advertising etc.
To develop in-house templates for use for misc items, so teams can use for factsheets etc.
To produce all branded marketing items for internal and external use.
To design and produce banners and other exhibition items.
To support the delivery of all digital marketing activities, including website content.
To develop and produce video content.
To manage photography for the firm, esp fee-earner profiles, subject to experience.
To develop powerpoint templates - In discussion with the marketing manager, to develop / produce other marketing items, to support a broad range of marketing and business development campaigns and initiatives.
5-7 years’ experience minimum in graphic design essential, plus digital, photography and video production experience desirable.
Experience of InDesign or other appropriate design software essential.
Experience designing email templates, with Hubspot or other CRM software.
Video production and use of video editing software desirable.
Photography experience desirable.
Experience of leading on small and large-scale design / brand projects.
Experience of professional services or B2B organisations.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Art or other appropriate / relevant qualification.
Relevant experience / skills with InDesign, Adobe suite, Page plus, multimedia presentations, digital content - Strong portfolio of work to-date Personal skills.
