We are actively seeking a Part Time Marketing administrator to work within a professional construction business. This is a part time role hours 10.00am - 3pm 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a pro-active attitude to marketing and held a similar marketing role or had marketing activities within your job role previously. Candidates should be well spoken and presented be able to work at senior level of business, have a good team attitude, be organised and methodically minded. This position is varied and interesting. Tasks Insuring that the business website is up to date and correct and regular news items are added. Making sure that the business remains high up on search engines. Enhance photos and then post on Linkedin, website etc Posting on Linkedin on behalf of the directors Update Company Profile on a monthly basis (Social Media) Looking at any marketing opportunities such as, joint advertising with suppliers & clients, magazine/journal advertising. Entering any awards that would benefit the company Assisting with any stationary designs Organising any charity events and any company promotions and assisting with any company outings. Keeping the Marketing Dropbox up to date and tidy. Answering the telephone when we required General admin when required Skills IT literate ability to post, update and enhance social media profiles of the business Stationary, brochure Design input Previous marketing experience Ability to use own initiative Work as part of a team Organised Methodical This position is offered with free parking, pension, and additional benefits SALARY IS 24,000 PA pro rata
